Featuring He Will Remember Me, made famous by Mahalia Jackson's rendition at her 1967 Newport Jazz Festival Easter Concert, the stirring You Can't Make Me Doubt Him by Alex Bradford, composer and director of the famous Abyssinian Baptist Church choir, the traditional spiritual Give Me Jesus, and the classic This Little Light Of Mine.

The disc shines with Cox's unique and heartfelt piano and vocal style: equal parts Doctor John, Ray Charles, and Van Morrison.
